The only bad thing for me was the location, and even that is a weak argument. The setting and views are amazing, but I missed being close to the excitment of the busy downtown.The rooms are quiet, the shower simply awesome, and the food was great. This should have been a 4 star review but the hotel management have a lot to answer for. Firstly the positives. + most of the staff we encountered were exceptional. A booking error by our tour operator was overcome with minimum fuss at checking and the room was large either 2 double beds, safe and stunning views over Ushuaia. This hotel is a good choice if you want to stay outside the city in a rustic area of Ushuaia. We booked a third-floor room with an excellent view. There were only four rooms on that floor. The room decor was tired, which detracted somewhat from our enjoyment. There were other small, annoying details like the non-working bidet and the worm on the bed pillow.
