Spent two nights in The Exorcist room
The room was the smallest I've ever stayed and it was freezing. Next Day I reported the problem and there was no change. I enjoy the cold but triste was to much. The bathroom was outdated and the room needed some TLC but the restaurant was a complet diferent thing: good food y great service. Nightmare Hotel
Nightmare Experience!! Elevator shaft in the wall of my room going up and down all night….. terrible food in the restaurant, window didn’t lock, room safe didn’t unlock, staff don’t care. Avoid at all cost

When I got to the hotel I got a room the bed was not made and the room was not cleaned.
