The hotel is nice and the location is great, with wonderful view. But it lacks management and maintenance. I had two change rooms two times in 4 days because de ac was not working. And in both times nobody help me to change my things, to a room in another floor. It is a big hotel and there was always only one person in the lobby, and very junior. Everything is cozy and confortable. Great place to spend a week end. The spa is available to guest and visitors with reservation. The view from my room was to the Bahia Grande, great view. It was one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had in my life. The first minus is a terrible mattress with holes, which is very bad to sleep on.
