For many years this hotel had been neglected. Not any more, the rooms are renovated, the service is excellent, the location is excellent, the Sheraton club outstanding, and they bend over backwards for Bonvoy Elite. A lot of the reviews are pre-renovation. This is now my favorite Latin America Sheraton! We had a wonderful stay at this Sheraton, prior to boarding for our cruise. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location worked well for us to sight see walks to Recolleta and into Puerto Madero and around the nature conservancy. The Hotel restaurant was exceptionally good (especially for hotels) - we had 2 lovely dinners there, and 2 breakfasts, since it was so convenient.
