Excellent location, downtown and close to two metro stations.The building has a historic feel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was good. Very good attention at reception and very nice infraestructure. Floors are a little bit noisy and could improve the cleaning of rooms. Breakfast had many options to choose and good flavor. Not worth the price nor the reputation.

1st stay in booked a deluxe room and had a standard ( very small, far from 30m2 in the booking and no toileteries).2nd stay 1 week later, the room size was acceptable and toileteries were finally there but the bedsheets was stained as well as the 2 bathrobes.... I made a claim but no reaction from the Savoy. No compensation or even excuses. They simply cannot be bothered and the wholesome attitude… 1st stay in booked a deluxe room and had a standard ( very small, far from 30m2 in the booking and no toileteries).2nd stay 1 week later, the room size was acceptable and toileteries were finally there but the bedsheets was stained as well as the 2 bathrobes..…
