The hotel is rated as a star property, but the experience did not meet expectations. Basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers were not provided. The room was quite small and not worth the price paid. Lighting was inadequate, and the wardrobe space was very limited. There was also no proper desk to sit and work. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Buenos Aires. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and varied, and the gym was quite well equipped.
