Three star hotel at best
We stayed here the night before joining a tour. No free water in the foyer, they would charge you $5usd for a bottle in your room. No shower gel or body lotion in your room. The only bedding was one blanket. It was freezing we ended up putting the towels over ourselves and huddling together to keep warm. The double bed was two single beds joined together. Nice Hotel.
Nice hotel and close to everything in downtown Buenos Aries. The room was really big and a nice bed too! Breakfast was fair to medium. Not much offered other than tons of pastries. Better options in the area
Stayed for three nights. Hotel selected by tour company and although in a good location for exploring the city, the hotel was pretty run down. Although my room was large and clean there was a constant smell of blocked drains. As the tap water wasn’t fit to drink they supplied a bottle of water at a charge of US$10. Good and clean hotel with good security!
Spent two nights in the hotel as part of the tour.Although there are stairs to the lobby, there is always a doorman to help with the luggage. The doorman also ensured the main entrance to the hotel is manned and locked at all times providing great security.Room was of good size and clean. Bed was comfortable. The balcony doors were hard to open/close. They had keys stuck to the keyholes. We closed the balcony doors. The next day was really windy. We were surprised to hear a loud noise and saw the glass had cracked in one door. We told the staff, but instead of asking if anyone was hurt, he said we may have to pay for the cracked glass caused by the strong winds!
