  It was exactly what I wanted and expected from an Ibis hotels. I've stayed in other Ibis hotels in Europe and so I had an idea of what to expect. No frills but it was nice and clean and looked recently updated. The bathroom in particular was nice clean.   Considering the expectations that I have for the Ibis brand (an entry/economy level hotel), my experience was great.The check-in process in the front desk was a differential. I was tired and had a few bags, but the person of the staff that received me was really quick and smart.   Good in many ways, but rooms not up to usual Ibis standard

  I stayed at this hotel for 3 separate bookings of 2 nights each, during February and March 2020, staying in different rooms each time.I found the staff generally very helpful. The location is very good, being right on Plaza de Congreso. The breakfast is reasonable. However the rooms are not up to usual Ibis standard and need renovating.   Everything is all right, good location, good breakfast, standard Ibis standard. But ignored my two emails asking for an airport pick up, and refused a late check out even on a weekday.   All the facilities of the hotel are very old and not well maintained. The bathroom of our room was horrible. I don't even want to sit on the toilet. Staff are not well-trained and not helpful at all.
