The hotel location was good. Although dated the rooms were clean and in fair condition. I would not stay at this property before after calling to complain to staff about the constant noise of disruptive children from a sports team on my floor I received no assistance. This hotel is very good, in the center of Buenos Aires with beautiful rooms. The staff will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.When there was a problem with the airco they fixed it within half an hour and even did all the laundry because some of the clothes got wet. Very good hotel, not expensive, good location, we had a very spacious room and all the staff was were very nice. Noisy, high frequency sound in room

High frequency oscillating sound kept me up all night. It's not the AC. The sound permeates the room and is omnidirectional.The location of the hotel on Florida Street is excellent, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
