We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. staff are very welcoming,friendly and helpful throughout our stay specially Ignacio.the room was clean and very relaxing. Our stay was very nice. Even though the hotel is close to the celebrations place for the World Cup games. It was very quiet. The room was always very clean and the staff very friendly. I love the hotel and all the staff are very approachable, attentive, polite and respectful, have excellent customer service throughout my 2 days and 2 nights stay with you. God bless!
