For the price you pay for this location it’s not bad. A 5 minute walk to Puerto Madero with lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We paid for early check in and was allocated room 702. The room was spacious with a very large bed, great air con and a bathroom containing a shower over the bath.The walls in the room were paper thin and I didn’t feel overly safe. Wish I read the reviews properly,Old rooms, showers are horrible, paper thin walls can hear everything had a couple next door very noise until 2am.. It is ok for one night
It's a nice hotel. No fancy, but standardIt is in a nice area, close to the main area of Puerto Madero and also San Telmo.Many restaurants are around, and it is a safe area for walking. Disgraceful, terrible service. Stay away!
Horrible service. We arrived early around 8am. The guy at the reception totally ignored us. When he approached he didnt even acknowledged our presence. I greeted him with a Hello. Good morning. He simply replied : Give me a minute! Im busy here!...Story cut short . We made 2 reservations for later on that day. We used the same credit card. Room booked w/3 beds for girlfriend, her daughter and grandson. The room was dirty and in disrepair. Staff was rude. Pre-paid for five days and had no choice but to checkout after the first night. Room was nothing like their photos. Look, for $80/night, one does not expect "The Ritz" but clean and maintained at least. This was neither.
