Stayed hear for a group tour. The hotel does not looked well maintained Ed and the rooms are surface cleaned only. The hallways smell like there is moisture in the air. The breakfast is subpar with liquid scrambled Luke warm eggs. The coffee is bitter with an after taste. Impolite staff, although not all3 elevators, 2 of them not working. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel in a very long time (and I spend about 1/3 of the year in hotels around the world). The reason for this is very poor customer service and communication.
