Welcomed by cozy and clean room upon check-in. Location of the hotel presents a view of the lake. The room was quite hot and we have to open the window. While breakfast is good, there is no tea bags and kettle in the room. Wifi also did not work on the first night we were there.Quite comfortable stay with some finer points missing. Great breakfast tastes and selections. Bed was more comfortable than previous ones we stayed at because of softer mattress and more quality pillows. Rooms were hot. No air conditioning. They provided us a fan. Beautiful grounds to walk around. About 2 miles to walk into town. A large hotel, which needed some tender lovely care. The room was big enough along with the bed, and we over looked the lake. It was a nice option of having a bath. The gym had the basic equipment in to be able to do a workout. The swimming pool was big enough to actually swim properly, however it was too hot in there, it would have been nice to open the doors to let fresh air in there, the water… A large hotel, which needed some tender lovely care. Wonderful hotel. Clean, staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting and great service. Highly recommend this hotel. Great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The rooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable.
