Beds are stiff and cold, very expensive, waste of money, and lazy / rude staff. Water from the taps was muddy. I cannot recommend staying here to anyone. Unfortunately because the restrictions, the facilities of the main hotel were closed. Internet is not really good. The service, cleaning and personal attention was very good indeed. Our unit had a wonderfull view over hills and lakes, and we spent most of the time on the wood terrace enjoying it.The property in general remains as in the 80's when it was made, same furniture.Unfortunately because the restrictions, the facilities of the main hotel were closed. We booked a shuttle with the hotel from the airport so that after 15 hours of travel we could get to the hotel ASAP. The shuttle never arrived and subsequently, we paid extra for a taxi from the airport. I had a very unpleasant experience at check-in. Argentina law dictates that foreigners paying with foreign credit card are exempt from paying IVA (sales tax) on lodging. I presented my US passport and US credit card, and my Argentina girlfriend presented her Argentine ID. The clerk immediately informed me that I would have to pay IVA because she was Argentine.
