  The place has a dream view, the location is close to the center of bariloche, 4.2km, you can go by taxi, collectives, or car. My room was the top, top floor, had three double beds, and two singles.   Normal, old apartment located in front of the lake with its own beach exit. We got an apartment for 7 people that had 2 large bedrooms and two sofa beds. The kitchen was normal and complete.   They need to make some investments on this property, is in very bad condition, almost you can work like a hotel. The property and the view to Nahuel Huapi lake is priceless, but the place is not clean at all.They need to make some investments on this property, is in very bad condition, almost you can work like a hotel.   On consecutive weeks I stayed here and at nearby Hosteria Del Lago. No comparison. My ground floor apartment here had a wooden patio door that was secured with an iron rod that could have easily been lifted from the outside. No lock at all on the inner sliding glass door. Zero security. Staff wore grungy t-shirts and raggedy jeans but were extraordinarily nice and helpful.
