Nice enough hotel with a LOVELY pool and the best breakfast we had in Argentina to date but serious floor - no AC in the rooms. We came in Autumn and it was very warm during the day. Our floor and room were so so hot. We were given a fan that sounded like a plane was taking off in our room. They seriously need to invest in AC. A largely positive overview of our stay. The view from the restaurant pool and gym is stunning. The pool area in particular is excellent with nice recliners. Others have commented on the rooms and I would definitely agree that air con is needed. Nice hotel with beautiful views of the lake. However, looking at the white caps on the lake only made us colder. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice rooms, but nothing exceptional. Breakfast buffet was good, not great. Getting coffee at breakfast was hit or miss as to whether you got waited on or had to get your own.Nothing free in terms of water or the mini bar.
