I generally loved this hotel. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, well-appointed and well designed. The lunch buffets were very good. The gym was perfectly functional and I really appreciated the fact that it did not have huge TV screens blaring CNN like many hotel gyms do. I was told that I could check out at 4pm.When I returned at 3:30pm, housekeeping were in my room. For my 3rd room service order, a few hours before my scheduled departure, I had been informed that no hot meals could be served as the oven wasn’t working.
