The worst hotel, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in because there was no air conditioning, and the hotel didn't inform us of this before arrival or during check-in. The food was also extremely bad.

Nice view, location is good for business trip, The rooms are clean but the reception is very bad there is crew of 6 persons only one is receiving, the system is not working properly and you have to expect a delay on getting your checkin, make sure to check the billing before you proceed to the payment 😑

Excellent structure but in decay. Only the prices are five stars but otherwise much below average. Poor management and carelessness. When you ask something you always get the same answer, I apologize but that's all, no action to solve the problem.The computer system doesn't work, and it took three days to activate the room key during which time I had to be accompanied by someone to open the door for me.For the entire period I couldn't turn off the TV because the batteries in the remote control were missing.There was no hot water at the bidet but there was at the sink and shower.The empty mini bar and turned off. The room was quite cold, and it was not possible to increase the temperature.In the restaurant there were not enough tables for all the people, and you had to wait to get a table while the other tables available were not used for customers.
