Nice, peacefull hotel. No hand towels, no toilet paper, no sausage, no tomatoes, no salad in the breakfast. Nice small bar in next to the lobby bar. No toilet paper holder. Only one big towel - water was on the bathroom floor After shower. This is certainly not a 4-star hotel as claimed, but rather a 2-star. Uncomfortable matrass and pillow on the bed. No amenities in the room or bathroom. Fridge is empty. Room is not as clean as it should be for such hotel. Breakfast is nothing special. Is way too expensive for what you get.

One of the worsted hotels in Oran

Arrived on 23th at 21h30 of may for a businees stay. I was surprised to find the two restaurants closed. They didn't informed on booking that the restaurants were closed. The hotel is situated outside the city. Nobody is open to assist you if you call the reception. I asked for an wireless issue, they asked me to come down to solve the problem. The hotel is under refurbishment.

Hotel next to airport but very disappointing

IMPORTANT!23 March 2017: Hotel is in the midst of being refurbished throughout its grounds including the main lobby. It looks to be an improvement.This is NOT a 4 or 5 star hotel - at most about 3 stars.PRO:- within 5 min of airport- spacious room- sufficient electrical sockets and lighting in room- good lunch in restaurant- next door to good Italian restaurant (Trattoria)CON:- room decor outdated and worn; closet doors do not easily close; no hotpot (tea, coffee) or mini fridge; TV channels do not always work; card key often demagnetizes- bathroom without bidet; hair dryer is weak; hot shower in evenings only- extremely poor buffet breakfast- no water in the swimming pool- conference rooms are behind the hotel so you must go outside and walk 5 min to them- wifi Internet is completely useless in room (too slow), slightly better in restaurant but still very slow; access expires every 1-2 days

I liked this hotel, which is quiet and peaceful, exactly what you need tired upon arrival or for the night before departure early in the morning. It is clean and has what it says it has. Wi-fi was a bit flaky and the cuisine wasn't haut de gamme but dinner and breakfast was discreetly and professionally served.
