Great hotel overall. I always stay here when on Algiers. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and they make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Yaseer is an absolute gem. His welcoming presence was amazing. And the chef at the omelette station,outstanding. The service and friendly hospitality was truly out of this world. The staff were rude and unhelpful (and too busy talking to each other sometimes to assist). The food was very average and the breakfast area was constantly overcrowded with a shortage of cups and cutlery. The bedding was changed but with a damp duvet. Truly awful. The staff also lied and told me there were no stairs (I found them eventually).
