This place is a real nightmare.I was sick and I vomitted and they made me clean it and offended me constantly very badly, they were caring about international tourists and ruling Albanian ones, the beach is far away from the hotel and they don't give directions to go there, the room was broken down they made us change the room or three or four days on the beach were gone.The hotel staff is garbage… This place is a real nightmare.I was sick and I vomitted and they made me clean it and offended me constantly very badly, they were caring about international tourists and ruling Albanian ones, the beach is far away from the hotel and they don't give direction…

We stayed at Vlora International Hotel for a week in July and were unfortunately disappointed. We arrived in the middle of the night and immediately noticed that the hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. Luckily, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, which was a nice start.The room appeared modern at first glance but was poorly maintained. Okay.. I actually don't usually write anything but I think this is the worst I have stayed in for a very long time. I am taking into account Albania standards.. however having just been on a tour I know things can be lovely...Reception were lovely I have to say . However the standard of room was way below average although v clean . Shower I discovered later at night wasn't working well and fitting… Okay.. This hotel looks nothing like it does on the photos. The lobby, rooms and hallways are very dated and the breakfast buffet was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. Housekeeping threw away my plastic bag that I keep my shampoo etc in when transporting it in my luggage. Very frustrating.I would not stay here or in Vlore in general. This beach town reminds me of Lignano in the 1990s: either people come… This hotel looks nothing like it does on the photos. Travelling on business. This was a good choice of hotel and I'd be happy to come back - business or holiday.The check-in was very smooth and well-organized, despite a late arrival.The room was fine. A little on the small side, and - a common problem in hotels across the world - dark, by which I mean insufficient lighting.
