This may be the only time a hotel far exceeded its photos and website. What a beautiful property … even more so than I’d expected! And the staff were always kind and helpful, yet without being overbearing and fussy. Special kudos to Frensis and Don (??) at the reception desk. Planning two weeks in Albania was daunting as it was a new country for me. We knew we wanted time by the sea and staying away from Durres seemed wise given its proximity to Tirana and the ferry from Italy. My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here last week. So many positives. The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. The private beach area was bliss. There is a buggy service to the beach for anyone who needs it even though it is a 5 minute walk. The pool area and bar were great and the food there was really good. So the thing that makes this hotel shine is the staff! Everyone and I mean everyone was SO NICE and professional. I was a solo traveler and I had a lot of questions about how to do things.
