Please don’t come in rooms when red switch ‘no service’ is on

Almost everything was great with this hotel until …. They open my door came in my room even thought I had the red light on “no service”. They came to my room around 4:30-5pm while I was out for about an hour or so, that was not even cleaning time and they didn’t clean. I had the red light on all day but why they came in I don’t know . Bad things in this hotel: broken door in our room had to use a key and it was very sceptic, hotels wifi was bad and didnt work at all. Mosquitos in the wc. The most unfriendly hotel wev'e ever used. The manager never spoke or smiled once in a fortnight. Poorly stocked breakfast bar and made to pay for coffee refills. We had to leave early because we found bugs in the room, the bathroom smelled terrible and the air conditioner was broken. It was impossible to stay so we had to leave early. The manager was also terrible rude, ge gave us a small fan because the AC did not work (it was 40°C wheather) and told us, if you dont like it, leave.
