The location is perfect as central and restaurants in walking distance. Also if you arrange any tours you will be picked up near here. The rooms are basic but aircon is good and they are cleaned every day. This is a lovely, friendly hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was top notch. We had a very pleasant, spacious room, equipped with a fridge, complimentary bottled water and a kettle. We had a great night’s sleep due to the sublimely comfortable bed!The bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean.Breakfast was very good.Recommended.This is a lovely, friendly hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. This hotel is in the back streets, smell of smoke at lobby and breakfast area, had moulds in the room, and dirty throughout the room. They also placed a heated towel rack INSIDE the shower with exposed wires. Who would want to place a towel on the wet rack inside the shower? Desperately needs maintenance and customer service

I came here as a solo traveller, half way through a 14 day small group tour of the Balkans. We had previously been to around 5 other Balkans hotels, and I've travelled extensively so know what to expect. I'm really not sure where all the previous good reviews have come from.
