At check in, When asked Mr Egli to give me receipt of payment, he declined and when tallied the amount with cash given, DID NOT RETURN THE CHANGE, even after check out. He avenged this financially compliant request by turning down every request of better service later. Being Radisson Premium Member, he gave NO REGARD TO THIS MEMBERSHIP. I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Communication was a major issue because almost none of the staff spoke English, making even simple requests very difficult. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, and I never felt like a valued guest.
