I had a great stay at Queen Hotel. I had an awesome experience right from the day I checked in. The staff were very cheerful and always ready to help. The hotel is really beautiful, very nice location. The customer service is top notch, thanks to these two wonderful employees (Ano & Mborese) . The hotel is cozy From the metal key to the room design, everything has an antique feeling. The location is good. Cross the road, you can go to the busy center within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is modern with an old fashioned twist, clean, spacious & the staff are more than accommodating. All staff spoken proficient English (thankfully as our Albanian was not up to scratch). They were all so helpful and hospitable and when we visit in the future, we’ll be back.
