- Star Hotel aka No Star Hotel Unprofessional service and completely inappropriate behavior. We cancelled our booking immediately due to how we were treated. A member of our group experienced severe medical distress (a sudden gastrointestinal illness) and rushed to the front desk to ask for a restroom.
