The Hotel is in a very good location and the staff is extremly nice and proffessional. Rooms are big and pillows were good. Except these things, unfortunatelly the rest, is far below the level of a 5 star hotel.Half of the building is under construction. The parking is not finished and is connected to the hotel by a path that is under construction. There is a lot of construction and noise. The parking deck is under construction and the attendant was not clear. It was poorly lit and after a three hour drive to Tirana it sent my partner who was driving into panic attack. We were upgraded and given breakfast in the morning by the staff who were wonderful.
