A/C in some rooms inconsistent. No good place to store luggage for early arrivers.

The lobby area is nicely decorated but small, the entrance to the hotel is on the back side of the building and the ally it is on is fairly busy so be careful when walking back there. The hotel does not have storage for suitcases if you get there before your room is ready. The best thing about this hotel is the great location, which is close to the main square and most sights. The entrance of the hotel is tricky as the entrance is located on a side street that runs parallel to the main street; the hotel arranged for a taxi to pick me up from the airport, so thankfully the driver knew where he was going, otherwise, I would not have been able to find the hotel. This is a comfortable, clean and well located hotel in Tirana. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious breakfast is fine. It is however not a 5 star hotel if you compare to international standards, but rather 4 stars. A nice hotel near the centre of Tirana.Rooms were comfortable and clean. Service was excellent with staff responding to any needs. Breakfast was ok if a little varied and odd at times, with the breakfast room being too small.
