STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL
VERY POOR SERVICE Our stay was from 30 October to 4 November 2025. This hotel is without a lift. Moreover, we rented a small apartment with two bedrooms. No electric kettle was provided. The towels were changed only once during our stay. Only two toilet paper rolls were provided for the five days spent there (3 persons). We could not watch our tv set as the tv remote needed repairs. The check-in process was a nightmare: no one at the reception desk, after 20 minutes a guy came from the on-site cafe asking me if I had a reservation, then he was not able to find my booking. Don’t expect luxury at this Hotel, this is basic Hotel but it’s a good one.The Hotel has a great location just a five minute walk to the main Square of Tirana, as well as the bus from the airport drop off point behind the Opera House. This is a good value hotel. close to the centre of Tirana, with spartan but spotless rooms. Its public areas have a slight "public library rubber plant" vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful.
