Very central to the main square yet very quiet with lovely friendly staff. As a solo traveller, my room was a single which is all I needed but the room was massive! Comfy bed and fab shower. Stayed for four nights in August 2026 as part of a trip around the Balkans. Wonderful welcome received from the reception staff after a long journey. A small touch that was very welcome. All staff who remained friendly and informative throughout our stay and would politely field any questions asked. I booked this hotel several months before our trip, but was a bit concerned about reviews before our arrival. However, I am pleased to say that this hotel did not disappoint. ?????Avoid this hotel at all costs.I would never recommend Hotel Opera. The customer service is absolutely awful. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to cooperate or help.
