Great location, next to so many restaurants. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is full of yummie choices. The rooms are large and well kept. The Hotel Kotoni was the final stop on our trip through the Western Balkans. It is located only a block off one of the main streets of downtown Tirana. Check-in was easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly.Our room, 104, was good size, probably the largest of the entire 3 week trip.
