Clean and Comfortable Centrally Located Hotel.
We stayed at the Hilton Garden on a tour with Trafalgar.The hotel Lobby, Room and staff were very good. The check in was quick and easy. There were sufficient elevators to use for the group. Room was very clean and well lit with good view and large glass windows. It also had a nice balcony to sit out. I'm had a negative experience . I've never had any hotel i've stayed in over the years.I am a Hilton Honors member and I was using a free night.Upon checking in, the clerk gave us two separate key cards neither of which worked, or opened the door to our assigned room. Food dire - rest ok.
Location excellent - lots of bars cafes and a couple of supermarkets in the area. Rooms spacious with kettle, ironing board, walk in shower etc. On the negative side - no porterage despite having paid charges for it in our package. Food was dire particularly the evening meal of the day .
