  First of all, there is no way that this hotel should be classified as a four-star hotel! When you arrive, there is no place for the taxi to stop for even a minute to unload your bags before an officer is directing the car to leave.   This is a small hotel right close to bars and restaurants of Tirana's upmarket Biloku neighbourhood. It is a pretty decent place for a base in the Albanian capital. My room was really nice and had clearly been recently refurbished. There is a lot of building going on in the area....including on an adjacent lot ....but this was not a problem when I was there.   Very appealing hotel, good location in Blloku. The staff is very helpful and professional. You will not find a better hotel person than Elio at the front desk;he is just the best!!   I’m not sure why this place is getting such good reviews. We just stayed here two nights. Yes. It is very clean, but this first room we stayed in was so small, we had to take the chair out so we could fit. Fortunately, they moved us to a larger room, but the heater never worked.
