Worst hotel ever
The worst hotel ever. I booked for 5 nights straight as i was not feeling well and cannot move in between. They are asking me to go to another hotel for 2 nights as they are over booked. They don't careI asked a kettle for hot water. They don't have it. No option other than going to their restaurant for hot water. Lovely stay in center of Tirana.
This is so charming and lovely hotel with an Bread and Breakfast feel. Very clean. In the center of Tirana you are close to everything. No worries about the city noise though, the soundproof windows are perfect to cut all the city noise, and you will have the perfect night sleep. Supper friendly and very accommodating staff. A lovely hotel in the centre of Tirana
A lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The building is modern looking and very clean and well maintained. It only has ten rooms so it never seems to be crowded or noisy. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and everything worked. The Wi-Fi is quick and reliable. Nice boutique hotel with problematic booking channels
Once you manage to check in, Hotel is very nice and ideally located towards different attractions and activities.It is very clean and staff working there is very nice.However, Hotel has huge problems in communication with booking portals and pre-paid customers.
