Disappointing
We made a reservation, arrived and it was full. Without any apologies we were told to go somewhere else and had to go back into the Tirana traffic. Not a great start for our Albania trip. Disappointing
Located just a short walk from the main square this hotels location is possibly it's main plus point. We arrived at midnight and the check in was very speedy. Unfortunately we were on the second floor and with no lift we had to heave our luggage up the stone staircase. Access to the room is via the old fashioned regular key. Beware of getting scammed
We had this hotel booked for 12 nights with Hotels.com and opted to pay at the hotel. Big mistake! The total after conversion was about 30 per cent higher. We did not get the room that we booked either, even though we paid for a much better, bigger room. After our stay they reported to Hotels.com that we only stayed one night and at half the price that we paid per day.
