  Hotel Piccolino is very nice, hotel near the beach. Staff is friendly, room is very nice, big, with sea view from the balcony. Every day changes towels, clean the room...   We booked a 5 night stay at the hotel which was convenient walking distance from the port of Sarande. The hotel is family run, friendly, very clean and the breakfast was adequate. We had a lovely sea view room and although it was pretty basic it was comfortable and quiet. Location is great for access to restaurants and shops.   We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. This family run hotel is conveniently located by the beach, walking distance from Saranda, but in a quiet area with grocery store just around the corner. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here.   What a fantastic place to stay! It is so close to the sea you will hear the waves all night long!The owner and family are most kind and make you feel welcome!The rooms are so clean and very well kept. Beautiful!   Do not trust this hotel. Made booking through free cancellation filter, money was taken and hotel said I clicked the wrong bit. Another booking was made for free cancellation and hotel had 8 months to refill the room in peak season august - but no arrangement would be considered re paying an upgrade or getting the room back they flat out took over £500 and very rude - so not trustDo not trust this hotel.
