The location is great, the owners are welcoming and willing to tend to your needs and queries immediately. We had an issue with the room but the owners showed willingness to act on it immediately. We stayed one night in a front balcony room. The room was super clean and comfortable. We stayed this wonderful hotel for 2 nights! Initially, we booked 1 night for Twin bed room with sea view room number 32. It was a nice room with great sea view on 3rd floor! Since it was Saturday night, Saranda had great party night! We were able to enjoy music and fireworks just from our balcony. The room has great sound proof so loud music did not disturb us at all once we closed our balcony do… We stayed this wonderful hotel for 2 nights! What I can say about this hotel is all amazing things. The staff was very polite and helpful and even if we were going to get another hotel for other two nights we wanted to stay. They accommodate us to stay with them in the same place. Amazing restaurant with very delicious food! The staff is really helpfull and polite with the costumers.
