Lets the Melia brand down badly

This hotel really lets the Melia brand down. The staff are lovely but the quality of the hotel is dreadful. Even when food is brought out to the hot plates it is, at best, tepid & more often cold. It is a cultural issue- Albanians here say they don’t eat hot food so you have to use the microwave in the main restaurant if you want your food hot. The only reason this review has 5 stars is because of the bartender Kevin. Amazing, friendly, always smiling guy. Making fantastic drinks and good laughs, even some good life advice. This guy is the only reason why i would come back to this hotel. He really likes what he does and should be honored in hes work. This hotel was amazing great entertainment and all the staff were lovely. The bartenders Daniel & King were particularly great, they were fast & always were happy and helped us lots.
