Location

This hotel is situated in downtown San Diego, overlooking San Diego Bay and the city's skyline. It is minutes away from San Diego Airport, the San Diego Convention Center, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Little Italy, Sea World, and the Historic Gaslamp Quarter. There is a complimentary shuttle service to transport guests to San Diego Downtown locations and scheduled trips to the San Diego Zoo and Sea World are available. The Greyhound bus station is 5 minutes' drive from the hotel and it is 5 minutes to the Santa Fe Depot railway station. Old Town San Diego is 5 minutes by car and guests can shop at Fashion Valley (7 minutes' drive) or at La Mesa (15 minutes' drive). San Diego Airport is just 4 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 92 single rooms and 128 double rooms, which are located on 16 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has 220 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Guests can taking a refreshing dip or just relax in the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including golf, a gym and hydrotherapy treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room and a café. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine.
