    Amazing experience. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Hotel rooms are spacious and well laid out, quite a nice surprise for NY. Clean, updated rooms. Will definitely return.

    Great room with a terrace looking at Freedom tower. Very nice staff especially Marsha ann at the front desk. Would rate a 5 star and would definitely recommend to anyone.

    Worst experience ever in New York. First room A/C didn’t work. Second room smelled bad. Checked out the next day. So sorry but never again.
