Location

This family-friendly business hotel is located halfway between the Galleria Mall (10-minute drive) and Downtown Houston, near Greenway Plaza, Houston Medical Center (5 minutes) and Arena Theater. Guests staying at the hotel can go and watch the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Houston Astros, Houston Texans and Houston Rockets. Reliant Park is a 10-minute drive and the Theatre District is 8 minutes by car.

Facility

354 rooms, including 105 single rooms and 203 double rooms, are located on 18 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop.     the hotel is outdated, charged my card a 50 dollar deposit, i checked out september 10, been getting the run around for WEEKS for my money back smh. DONT STAY HERE!
