    Pills were way too fat the sheets made my wife itch or a coffee pot did not work. The coffee and breakfast was just OK. I will not ever go back to a Crowne Plaza. I think their time has passed.

    Crowne plaza Dallas is wonderful place to stay the room was spacious , clean and cozy the receptionist OM. was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

    Whole experience in this hotel was great the staff were super helpful Enricky and Henry are AMAZING really make you feel welcome, rooms always fixed when you need them and have things organized!
