The hotel is located in the centre of Manchester overlooking Piccadilly Gardens, only 5 minutes' walk from Piccadilly rail station and close to bus and taxi stations. It is near to the junction of Piccadilly, Portland and Newton Streets.

99 rooms, including 4 suites, 12 single rooms and 71 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk.
