    Great place to be for bag packers on a budget trip into central London. Clean and safe with very helpful and friendly staff. Had a very good experience.

    I was sold the padlock for my locker that is in the room. However I saw some guests being given keys to lockers in a separate room on level 1. Why did not they provide me key with locker in the level...

    Overall it’s good. Place is very nice but there room have some bugs i found on the bed . Please remove it thank you
