The hotel is situated at the top of Richmond Hill. It is located in Surrey, just 11 km from London's West End, and is ideally situated for visiting the attractions of West London and Surrey, including Twickenham Rugby Stadium, Wimbledon, the Wembley Stadium, Kew Gardens and Hampton Court Palace. Access to public transport is right at the hotel's doorstep, and the Richmond bus and train station is around 1 km away. London Heathrow Airport is situated some 14 km from the hotel.

Facility

68 rooms, including 3 junior suites and 64 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.
