Location

This elegant hotel is situated in the central location of Kensington, just 50 metres from Gloucester Road underground station. Numerous restaurants, bars and pubs are all within easy reach of the hotel.

The hotel was built in 1900. 215 rooms, including suites, 61 single rooms and 148 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     We booked 2 rooms and stayed as 4 people in separate rooms. Both rooms had a strong and unpleasant odor. The smell coming from the sinks made it impossible to sleep in the rooms. When we tried to...
