The hotel is located in Exeter’s city centre, on Western Way. The hotel is situated beside Exeter's bus depot and approximately 2 minutes’ walk from the Princesshay shopping development. Exeter Airport is approximately 10 km from the hotel. Plymouth Airport is about 25 km away, Bristol Airport is around 50 km away, and Bournemouth International Airport is approximately 115 km away from the hotel.

Facility

73 single rooms and 97 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well.
