    the worst costumer service i’ve ever seen groups are treated differently and the staff thinks that they are making me a favor while still not meeting the basic needs

    Bayram is always ready to help with a big smile on his face! Along the newly set up Moon Bar and its own beach! Definitely recommend!

    Excellent hotel on the first line by the sea. Everything is clean, cozy, tastefully done. Nice design, new white furniture, comfortable beds, orthopedic mattresses, snow-white fluffy towels...

    Rooms ok for the £ , but thats where value stops , only 2 staff member will smile or talk to you Ozzy & Elvis , new guy brought in to run what they call bar area even though there's never anyone...
