    Absolutely the worst hotel service I have had in Patong. Pillow was dirty, no hand towels, tv did not work. Staff never addressed concerns. You pay for what you (dont) get. Do not recommend

    Overall room is good, Have balcony and railings to dry clothes as well Not good thing is room had no mirrors, only mirror is in bathroom, and bathroom is very tiny like u can bath without ur elbow...
